Directions

  1. Ingredients:

    4 full cups of cake flour
    6 tsp royal baking powder
    3/4 t bicarb
    +- 3/4 cup sugar
    250g butter
    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    2tsp vanilla essence + 2 tsp banana essence
    Please note, the recipe is quite a large one. When I made it, I halved each of the ingredients to make a smaller batch.

    How to:

    Mix the flour, baking power, bicarb and sugar.Mix the wet ingredients, and add to the dry.Bake on 180C until golden.Serve with your choice of topping.
